The death has occurred of:
Peter KIRK
We, the family of the late Peter Kirk, wish to express our deepest thanks for the heartfelt support and sympathy we have received following the recent sad loss of a beloved husband, father, granda, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, brother-in-law, father-in-law and step-grandfather.
We would like to offer our gratitude to friends, neighbours, the wider community and to everyone who came to the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, brought food, helped or contacted us in any way. Each gesture brought much comfort during this sad and difficult time.
We offer our sincere thanks to the Emergency Services for doing everything possible for Peter. Thanks to those who also provided help and care and to the Accident and Emergency Team at Altnagelvin Hospital for their professionalism and compassion.
Thanks to Fr. Noel McDermott P.P and Fr. Daniel McFaul P.P for their spiritual support and to Fr. Noel McDermott for celebrating Peter's Funeral Mass.
To Michelle for the beautiful singing and music, to everyone involved in the Mass, those who provided flowers and to Curran’s Bakery for the catering.
Finally we would like to thank W. J. O'Brien and Son, Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the professional and dignified way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a token of our deep appreciation.
Peter's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in Star of the Sea, Faughanvale, on Saturday 17th of February at 5.00 pm.
