Marcella Greene (née Allen)
Greene ( Nee Allen )( Ballymartin, Kilkeel ) passed away peacefully on the 1st of May 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Marcella, wife of the late Thomas and devoted mother of Michael ( Briege ). Mary, Frances ( Gerard ), Johanna ( John ), Hugh ( Lavinia ), Finnuala ( Boogie ), James , Brendan ( Jo ), Colette ( Connor ) and Patrick. Much loved Grandmother to 22 grandchildren
and 4 Great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her loving parents John and Mary Allen and by her brothers and sisters, she is survived by her sisters-in-law Chris,
Ann & Bredene many nephews & nieces.
Marcella's wake will commence at 12.00noon Thursday 2nd May at her daughter Finnuala's home 3, Springdale Cresent, Scrogg Road
Kilkeel BT34 4XY. On Friday evening 3rd May her remains will be removed to St. Joseph's Church Ballymartn at 6.15pm.
House Private from 4.00pm
Requiem Mass in St. Joseph's at 11.00am on Saturday ( 4th May ) with interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Fr. Nicky Hennity and the St. Vincent De Paul.
Marcella will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
