The family of the late John James Watkins (Craigavon, formerly of Cornwall) would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all our dear friends and neighbours who offered sympathy, help, and support during our recent and sad bereavement. We also extend our sincere appreciation to all those who called at the home, sent Mass and sympathy cards, as well as those who attended the funeral or generously contributed a donation in lieu of flowers.

Special recognition is reserved for the doctors, nurses and all the dedicated staff at Craigavon Area Hospital and the district nurses, their compassionate care and attention to John during his illness is deeply acknowledged. Additionally, we would like to extend our thanks to Father Brian Fitzpatrick for the eloquent celebration of John’s Requiem Mass and to Niamh Murray and Aine McKee for their beautiful musical accompaniment.

We also recognise the support provided to us by the professionalism, thoughtfulness and sensitivity of McAlinden & Murtagh, Funeral Directors.

John’s wife Mary, his son’s and daughter, and the wider family circle extend their thanks to everyone at this time and trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere gratitude.

The Month's Mind Mass for John will be celebrated on Saturday, April 27th, at 7:30 pm in St. Anthony’s Church, Craigavon.

Our Lady of Lourdes and St Jude pray for him.
